Each kit has a Phin filter, espresso mug, a Longevity Brand 4-ounce sweetened condensed milk, and 3/4 pounds of these freshly roasted Vietnamese Espresso.
Saigon Espresso Blend (Robusta & Arabica): Both beans are naturally processed, and the blend is the traditional espresso blend you can find in Viet Nam. One of our two direct source coffees!
Anaerobic Da Lat Arabica: Lightly Roasted coffee that is fermented in the juice of the cherry. It produces a cup with tones of malt, pecans, and fruity flavor. Then, it finishes in the back of your mouth with a pleasant bitterness.
Dark roast Robusta coffee: This is a robusta left to dry in its own fruit before removing the seed(bean). The dark roast has a hint of smokiness, nuttiness, and cherry.

Brewing Tips
This blend is made to be savored as espresso brewed with a phin filter. You can also enjoy it as a coffee with medium grind, but we would not go to a larger size.
Adding sweetened condensed milk is a must for a more traditional Vietnamese way of enjoying this bold brew. This will help meld all the caffeine and fruitiness into a perfect cup.
